About these terms
"We", "us" and "our" refer to G Class Hire Sydney; "you" refers to the person making the enquiry or booking. Where anything in your written quote or booking confirmation differs from these general terms, the booking confirmation applies to that booking.
Quotes and bookings
Our pricing is tailored to each occasion rather than published, so we provide a written quote based on your cars, dates, timing and locations. A booking is confirmed once we have issued a booking confirmation and received any deposit set out in it. Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability until confirmed.
Our service
All vehicles are chauffeur-driven by our drivers — we do not offer self-drive hire. Every car is detailed before your booking and presented to a five-star standard. If a specific vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (such as mechanical issues or an accident), we will do our best to provide a comparable vehicle of equal or higher standard, and will discuss this with you wherever possible.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking details, to ensure passenger numbers stay within the vehicle's capacity, and that passengers behave responsibly and lawfully during the hire. You are responsible for any loss or damage caused to a vehicle by you or your party beyond normal use. We reserve the right to end a hire where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or endangers our chauffeur, passengers or vehicle.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please tell us as soon as possible. Any deposit, change and cancellation terms applicable to your booking are set out in your booking confirmation. Because the fleet is in high demand, dates are held only once a booking is confirmed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, loss or inconvenience caused by events outside our reasonable control — including traffic, weather, road closures or third-party actions. We always plan timing and routes to minimise the risk of delay.
Photography and media
From time to time our chauffeurs or photographers may capture images or footage of the cars on the day. Where we wish to use any image that identifies you for our own marketing, we will seek your consent. You are welcome to take your own photographs with the cars.
