How many wedding cars you need depends on your party: at a minimum one car for the couple, but most Sydney weddings add cars for the bridal party and parents — and larger weddings run full convoys. This guide helps you plan the right number.
One car or a convoy? Here's how to work out what your day needs.
Start with the couple
Every wedding needs at least one car — the feature car for the couple. For many couples that's a single Rolls-Royce Ghost or a G-Wagon, and nothing more.
Add for the party
From there, it depends on who needs transport. A common set-up is a feature car for the couple plus one or two cars for the bridal party, with the chauffeurs coordinating the arrivals. Don't forget parents and close family, who often travel separately.
Going big with a convoy
For larger weddings — especially the big family weddings common across Sydney — a full convoy becomes the centrepiece. Multi-car line-ups are one of our most popular bookings; we cast the cars and coordinate the timing so everyone arrives together.
